In no event shall Pipeline Pro's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to Pipeline Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Allow Pipeline Pro 30 days to investigate and respond to your concerns

Nothing in these terms shall prevent Pipeline Pro from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
